Site Survey 2018

The first time site3 went to Douglas creek it was the fourth of may the time was 10:00 in the afternoon when we got there. We also have some comments there was not a lot of bir in site3. Site3 saw one rattlesnake. It was hot, and the water was cold, the bank was small in site3 as well. That's our stream reach survey.  
We Observe the riparian zone. on the left banke the right. Zone was 50 to a 100 ft, the right Bank was also 50 to a 100 ft. The vegetation in a right. Zone had a lot of shrubs in grass. there was also a lot of overhead canopy. the overhead canopy was 75 to 100%. that's the Douglas Creek riparian zone in sight 3.  
For are channel we had a flat bottom and are creek was straight, Meandering and Braided. Are gradient was low.
The vegetation cover in site 3 was adudent, Are artificial Bank protection with 0 to 25%, are Bank stability was erosion in some areas In sight 3.                That's our stream Bank.
At the creek we also tracked the reach habitat. There was two sections of riffles, there was one pool with a lot of trout. There was about 20% of riffles in the creek and 10% of of pools. There was barely any woody and organic debris.
For the Artificial Structures we found litter. There was also a road. We did not find any dams, bridges or pipes.
For the land uses adjacent to reach we did not see any Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Mining development. There was 1 person camping. There was also no logging, livestock, crops or irrigation. That's the land use adjacent to reach.
